Mental skills coaches Lee and Matilda first collaborated in 2015 after meeting at the university of Edinburgh. They realised they had a matching commitment to applying the psychology of high performance to help people thrive. Lee, based on her own experiences as a musician knew that there was more that needed to be done to mentally equip musicians for the demands of the industry. With the assistance of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Lee partnered with Matilda to help connect the worlds of sport psychology and music. Shortly after, Craft Your Mind was born.
